Refund policy

We strive for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for a full refund.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please email us at returns@petite-belle.com with the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Email address

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange

Returned items must be posted back to us within 14 days of delivery. Please include your name and returns code clearly inside the parcel.

All items must be returned unworn, in a resaleable condition, and with their original tags and packaging intact.

Please note that all returns are made at the customer’s own risk and expense. We strongly recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final on blind boxes.
We do not accept returns on Sonny Angel, Smiski, or similar collectible items. This policy is in place to prevent counterfeit products from entering our inventory and to ensure all merchandise sold is authentic and officially licensed.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items that are faulty or exchange clothing items for a different size where available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

We offer free exchanges within the UK.

International Exchanges

For international orders, we kindly ask that you place a new order for the desired item(s). Please then return the original item(s) for a refund. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Returned international parcels must be clearly marked as “returned goods” on all customs documentation. Any customs charges incurred upon re-entry will be deducted from the refund, where applicable.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at orders@petite-belle.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund, including postage costs.

  • If your order has already been processed, it must be returned following the returns procedure above. In this case, original and return postage costs are non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to cancel orders placed during sale or promotional periods due to the high volume of orders received.

Any undeliverable parcels returned to us may incur additional postage and processing fees if resent. Orders returned to us more than 28 days after purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
