Shipping policy

Shipping Methods

Within the UK, we primarily ship orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger or heavier items may be shipped using an alternative courier.

For international orders, we use a combination of Royal Mail and selected international couriers. If you have a preferred courier for overseas delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been dispatched—typically on the next working day—you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.


United Kingdom

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £75

  • Standard Delivery (2–5 working days): £5.00 for orders under £75


European Union & Rest of the World

  • FedEx Tracked International Delivery (3–5 working days): £12–£30

EU countries include: Austria, Andorra, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (excluding Vatican City), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands), and Sweden.


United States

Free delivery on orders over £250 (up to 2kg)

  • DHL or FedEx Tracked International Delivery (2–5 working days): £28


Import Duties, VAT & Customs (DDU)

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means that import duties, customs charges, local taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment of these charges is required to release your order from customs. Customs policies vary by country, and we are unable to provide an estimate of these charges in advance.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid duties or refusal of customs clearance, any return shipping, customs fees, or handling charges incurred will be deducted from any refund issued.


Lost or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly at hello@petite-belle.com with your order number and delivery details.

We will open an investigation with the relevant courier (Royal Mail, DHL, FedEx) and make all reasonable efforts to locate your parcel. This includes tracking enquiries, delivery confirmation checks, and direct liaison with the courier.

Parcels that remain unlocated after 10 working days from the expected delivery date will be deemed lost.

To proceed with a formal courier claim, you must complete and submit our Lost Parcel Declaration Form. This form serves as evidence for the courier claim and must be completed before a refund or replacement can be issued.

Please note:

  • Courier investigations and claims follow their own procedures and timelines.

  • Resolution (refund or replacement) depends on the outcome of the courier investigation and the supporting declaration.
